A wearable spinoff from SRI International has a new name and new technology acquired from Lumo Bodytech Inc., a Palo Alto startup that quietly ceased operations six weeks ago.
Menlo Park-based Seismic, formerly known as Superflex, plans to unveil its new strategy and latest design of its apparel at next month's TechCrunch Disrupt conference in San Francisco. It isn't disclosing financial details of the Lumo BodyTech acquisition.
