Job Responsibilities:

1. Regulatory Compliance: Liaise with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, SFC and any other regulatory authorities in response to the regulatory and compliance requirements; maintain relationships, and work with legal team to ensure compliance across business operations.

2. Licensing and reporting: Manage company licensing matters, including licensing applications to the SFC and other regulatory bodies; responsible for communications and notifications; assist in investigations; prepare interim and annual reports, reporting company's financial status and updates as needed.

3. Internal compliance Management: Responsible for internal compliance management, compliance processes, drafting and updating compliance documents, training etc. in accordance with regulatory requirements and company’s internal compliance requirements. Arrange continuous training for licensed personnel, including updates on anti-money laundering, KYC and related laws and regulations.

4. Regulatory Updates: Track and provide regulatory updates to business units, ensuring necessary actions are taken and collaborating with business owners to conduct gap analyses for compliance.

5. Undertake other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, Majors in Finance, Accounting, Economics related fields, with preference given to candidates with study experience in Hong Kong or overseas.

2. Familiar with Hong Kong asset management market supervision and policies and regulations.

3. At least 3 years of working experience in private investment funds, banking, insurance, investment banking, asset management, including a minimum of 1 year of compliance work experience in Hong Kong.
